Why do you create Language Necklaces only in Native/ Indigenous languages?

These necklaces stem from wanting to create something that speaks to the continuation of Native languages today. There are many unique and fun words in our Native languages. Notabove Jewelry allows its wearers to engage in their language in a different way.

 

Do you create Language Necklaces in a language other than Navajo?

Yes! We've created necklaces for people of other tribes. Here is a small sample of tribes : Yupik, Apache, Ojibwe, Sac and Fox, and Tlingit.  Click this link To create necklaces in other Native languages or other Navajo words.  We will confirm the proper spelling with accents and/or special characters with you during our correspondence.

 

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes! 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

 

Why does the jewelry look different from the photo?

The same process and types of stones are used for each order. Due to the unique quality of each handsawn Notabove language pendents, your order may be slightly different from the photos.

 

Why does Notabove donate a portion of each Language Necklace?

To give back what we receive, Notabove donates a portion of Language Necklace sales to Native language revitalization/ retention programs twice a year. We are very grateful for the work these programs provide to keep vibrant our Native languages.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


 

we do accept repairs and modifications. additional repairs fees may apply. if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase (excluding *language collection items) you may return your order for a full item refund, excluding shipping costs, within 48 hours from the date you received your oder. as long as your order and packing is intact and in the original condition. after 48 hours, you will receive store credit only. please email us at notabove.jewelry@gmail.com to begin your return/ exchange process.

CANCELLATIONS OR ANY CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER MUST BE MADE IN WRITING WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. PLEASE EMAIL NOTABOVE.JEWELRY@GMAIL.COM. ANY JEWELRY STARTED IN PRODUCTION CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR CHANGED.  ALL OF OUR JEWELRY IS HANDMADE TO ORDER ESPECIALLY FOR YOU, THEREFORE ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS. WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES.
